US Cyber Games Outreach Partner Program
With the help of our outreach partners, we will reach over 3,000 cyber enthusiasts during Season IV of the US Cyber Games. This 12-month-long program kicked off with the Season IV, US Cyber Open Kick-Off Celebration (May 30 - June 9, 2024), and runs through the International Cybersecurity Challenge (ICC) held in the fall of 2025.
As a US Cyber Games Outreach Partner, we ask that you share information about the program to help your community of cyber enthusiasts, students, and young professionals increase their knowledge and improve their skills to prepare for a career in cybersecurity.
US Cyber Games Outreach Partners benefit from recognition and promotion opportunities, including:
- Outreach Partner (logo) featured on the US Cyber Games website.
- Customized Partner image for your promotional use.
- Outreach Partner (logo) featured in event email promotions and social media campaigns.

US Cyber Games Outreach Partner Agreement
“PlayCyber and “Outreach Partner” seek to team up on an upcoming cybersecurity program titled “Season IV, US Cyber Games”. This opportunity is designed for media outlets, non-profits, and institutions of higher education, including but not limited to community colleges, undergraduate universities, graduate programs and schools, and related post-secondary or non-traditional institutions/ organizations focused on cybersecurity education and training.
The US Cyber Games (USCG) program, powered by Katzcy PlayCyber, brings talented cybersecurity athletes, coaches, and industry leaders together to build an elite team for global competition. Each USCG season formally launches with an annual, US Cyber Open Kick-Off Celebration that includes a competitive Capture-the-Flag (CTF) event and concludes with members of the season's team competing in the International Cybersecurity Challenge (ICC).
Katzcy PlayCyber, and the US Cyber Games program, maintain a fiscal partnership with the Women’s Society of Cyberjutsu, a national 501(c)(3) nonprofit that promotes training, mentoring, and more to advance women and girls in cybersecurity careers. The US Cyber Games program is supported by NICE, a program of the National Institute of Standards and Technology in the U.S. Department of Commerce, under financial assistance award #70NANB22H102. Katzcy PlayCyber manages the US Cyber Games program and is responsible for directing the event. Outreach partners with the below-listed responsibilities and, as such, benefit as an in-kind sponsor for the program.
Outreach Partner Responsibility
Outreach Partner will provide the following to PlayCyber:
- Promote the Season IV, US Cyber Games Program (to include the US Cyber Team and US Women's Cyber Team) to your network/user base via email, social media, podcast, enewsletter, and/or website.
PlayCyber Responsibility
PlayCyber will provide the following to the Outreach Partner:
- Outreach Partner (logo) featured on the US Cyber Games website (12 months).
- Custom Outreach Partner image for your promotional use.
- Outreach Partner (logo) featured in event email promotions and social media campaigns (12 months).
Terms and Conditions
Outreach Partner agrees to allow PlayCyber to use the trademark/logo/tagline solely to perform and fulfill its obligations under this Outreach Partnership Agreement. Outreach Partner agrees to allow PlayCyber the right to use the Company’s trademark/logo/tagline and graphics on all the PlayCyber sponsor promotional benefits. PlayCyber does not award exclusive Outreach Partnership Agreements or establish exclusive relationships with Platforms or Partners. Outreach Partners shall not imply that such a preferential relationship exists between Outreach Partner and Katzcy.
The use of the Outreach Partner's name within PlayCyber publications and mailings does not constitute an endorsement by PlayCyber of the Partner or their services, products, or programs. Additionally, the Outreach Partner is not permitted to represent in any manner that such products, services, or programs have been endorsed by Katzcy.
In the event that circumstances beyond the reasonable control of PlayCyber interfere with or prevent PlayCyber from fulfilling, in part or all of, Outreach Partner's promotional benefits under this Outreach Partnership Agreement, by signing this Agreement, Outreach Partner holds Katzcy, as well as its employees, harmless from all legal and financial liability to Partner caused by such circumstances.
Neither PlayCyber nor Outreach Partner shall be deemed in default of this Partnership Agreement to the extent that performance of its obligations or attempts to cure any breach is delayed or prevented by reason of any act of God, fire, natural disaster, accident, an act of government, or any other causes beyond its commercially reasonable control. PlayCyber reserves the right to reject a potential Outreach Partner for any reason. This constitutes the entire Partnership Agreement.
